# How do we pay for skokk?

Photos are free. One person in the group unlocks it for 200 kr a month through the App Store or Google Play, and then everyone in the group gets video, “Like”, comments and saving to Photos.

## Unlock the group

1. Tap the button with the number of members at the top right of Home.
2. Under “Unlock more for” and the name of the group you see the price a month and how many in the group get video, “Like”, comments and saving.
3. Tap “Unlock for” and the name of the group, and pay in the App Store or Google Play.
4. The store tells us, and we unlock the group. It can take a few minutes.

Everyone in the group can unlock it, not only the owner. The price is 200 kr a month including VAT. If the app does not get the price from the store, it does not show the offer. When the group is unlocked, everyone in it sees a message about who unlocked it, and you can close that message.

## One payer at a time

- If someone else is unlocking the group, you see “Noen andre i gruppen låser den opp nå” (someone else in the group is unlocking it now). Then nobody else can start a purchase for 1 hour.
- One person can unlock up to 5 groups, and each group has its own subscription. A purchase you started counts for the first hour.

## Renew, cancel or get a refund

- The subscription renews every month until you cancel it.
- You cancel under Subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play. The group stays unlocked to the end of the period you paid for.
- If Apple or Google refunds you, the group locks at once.

## When the payer leaves

If you pay for the group and leave, are removed or delete your account, the group locks at once. If you left or were removed, you can use the rest of the period on another group, and it is unlocked at once, with no new payment. If you delete your account, the paid time is lost. Someone else in the first group can unlock it again. The subscription in the store goes on until you cancel it there.

## When the group locks

- The videos already shared stay, but nobody can share new videos.
- “Like” and comments are hidden, not deleted. They come back when the group is unlocked again.
- “Save” goes away.

## Questions about payment

### Does everyone in the family have to pay?

No, only the person who unlocks the group pays.

### Do I still pay if I delete my account?

Yes, until you cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play, because the store takes the payment. Cancel it before you delete your account.

### Can the owner unlock the group?

Yes, and so can everyone else in the group.
